GROOVE is an authentic dance experience! Where we have unity on the dance floor but also make the moves our own. It has 2 to 3 simple moves per song and is easy to follow. If you can walk you can Groove.

Barre
A low-impact yet challenging class that uses ballet techniques to improve toning, strength, and balance.

Linx
Linx is a 30 min. functional core class that focuses on working cross-links, balance, coordination, and core from shoulders to glutes.
Great place for you fitness and wellness needs. Jessica has great energy and will keep you pumped up!

Pound
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
I come here for the Pound Class and it’s a very fun and addictive best workout I’ve gotten in a while!

Spin
Spin at Enact is a roller coaster ride with a variation of ups and downs in the workout. This class is good for beginners and all the way up to athletic. We do it loud and in the dark so you can just ride to the music.
I take Barre class. It is an excellent workout and a whole lot of fun. The instructors offer adaptions for each person’s ability. Jessica’s studio is a relaxed place where everyone can feel comfortable. I love it!!!

Moveability
.Moveability is designed by Jessica White, owner of Enact. The class is exactly what it sounds like, it is a 30 min class that trains your body to be able to move freely and without pain. In order to do that you train the body’s core, stretch the whole body through slow movements, and train your joints to master the full range of movement.
This is one of my favorite classes. I love being able to move from one exercise to the next without stopping. Just when I start getting into the music and the movements – the class is over.

Silver Strength
Silver Strength -designed for the 50 and over the group – incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. The focus is on toning muscles and building overall strength while moving to a beat.
A great variety of classes are offered here. I like the group classes with the 50+ ladies. Jessica is talented and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

Lunch Break 30 min Circuit
This is a 30 min HIIT small group personal training circuit that is perfect to get in on your lunch break!
I’ve never been a going-to-the-gym kind of girl – I ran for years for fun and stress relief – did many long and short races – but never gym classes because I am self-conscious about the “everyone is watching” factor. With running, you can get into the music and escape. And at Enact, there is MUSIC! At Enact, I finally feel like I have found a safe space where I can work out as a community with a nonjudgmental group – BUT be held accountable when I sign up actually to SHOW UP… thank you, Jessica!

Reps
REPS is a workout that gets you in shape quickly. Lightweight and high reps, high energy class that is choreographed to music to improve endurance, and strength, as well as burn fat.
I am the last person that wants to workout and I am thrilled to have found a place where I can do that and enjoy it. There is a large variety of classes and the owner is very inspiring. The pricing is reasonable. Jessica and the other instructors make every effort to make everyone comfortable and included. If you are looking for an enjoyable place to work out, be sure to check this one out.

Stretching
This class is for any level of fitness. We use foam rollers, straps, trigger point balls, and our body to stretch and release tightness throughout the body to allow the bod to move pain free. Everyone can benefit from this class.
